Your Children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself. They come through you but not from you. And though they are with you they belong not to you. You may give them your love but not your thoughts. For they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls, for their thoughts dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams. Kahlil Gibran

White Christmas in July and Cardamom
While here in Missoula each summer, we hike to the M and L many many times. I have been visiting the M each morning but only because it is a close walk; whereas, the L is actually my favorite.
Yes, Willow brought her cell phone.
She called her Papa and chatted away.
The dog we are dog sitting for, Hazel, loves the outdoor adventures.

She's still got her cell phone.

This is a better view of the L.

This is a really close view of the L...white concrete.

This is why I hike...Niko is enjoying Big Dipper chocolate dipped Candy Cane (with a silly expression for the camera);
Paul got chocolate dipped Pumpkin; I enjoyed Cardamom for the first time...yum! Willow only wanted White.
She is quickly becoming a big fan of ice cream.
